Welcome to Greenwood Little Learners. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing this website or enrolling a child, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Definitions
In these terms, 'I', 'me', 'my' and 'the Provider' refers to the childminder at Greenwood Little Learners. 'You', 'Parent' or 'Guardian' refers to the person entering into this agreement for childcare services.
2. Booking and Fees
- Fees are calculated based on agreed hours and are payable in advance.
- Funded hours are available for qualifying children; however, additional charges for consumables (meals, snacks, outings) may apply as per UK government guidelines.
- Late collections will result in additional charges as specified in our fee schedule.
3. Cancellations and Absences
Full fees are payable for child absences due to sickness or holidays. For provider sickness, no fees will be charged. A notice period of four weeks is required by either party to terminate the childcare agreement.
4. Safeguarding and Welfare
As an Ofsted registered provider, I follow strict safeguarding procedures. I reserve the right to seek emergency medical treatment for your child should it be deemed necessary. Parents must provide accurate, up-to-date medication and allergy information.
